Refund policy
Once your order arrives, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items in new, un-worn condition for a full refund, minus original shipping cost, within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and is not eligible for refund unless the item arrived damaged or not as described. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note, final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Details:
If your return is received within our 30 day return window, in like-new condition with its original packaging, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a timely manner. You will receive notification via email that your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
Late or missing refunds:
If there appears to be a delay with your refund, please check with the provider of your original form of payment. It may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted, depending on your specific provider. Exchanges:
We do our best to ensure your items are in excellent condition upon shipment. If for some reason an item in your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@cleanslategoods.com to process an exchange or return.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and returned by the recipient for a refund, the recipient will receive a store credit for the value of the return, minus original shipping cost. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to the email address provided by the recipient.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
