ABOUT THE ARTISAN Ebtesam one of our skilled candle and soap makers moved to the United States from Syria in December 2015. Ebtesam describes Syria as "so pretty and nice" before the war. When things became dangerous, her family was forced to flee their home. Ebtesam is a good person with a great work ethic.
We offer $6 flat rate shipping on orders under $75, and FREE shipping on orders $75 and above. No code is needed at checkout. Please note that items labeled as "Local Delivery/In Store Pickup Only" are not eligible for our flat rate or free shipping due to their size and/or weight.
All Clean Slate purchases will be shipped within 5 business days of your order via USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.
Once your order arrives, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items in new, un-worn condition for a full refund, minus original shipping cost, within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and is not eligible for refund unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
